By engaging Rossco's Care Services, you agree to these terms. Services are provided on a professional basis in accordance with industry best practices and ethical standards.
Services include mentoring and coaching support for children and young people. Services do not include:
Fees are agreed upon prior to commencement of services. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Cancellations require 24 hours notice.
While we take all reasonable care in providing services, Rossco's Care Services holds appropriate professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Any fees owed for services already provided remain payable.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to current clients and posted on this page.
